Day 1 — Welcome
At your branch: PPE, van and phone, sign the code of conduct and meet your crew leader.

Days 2–4 — Sant Boi practice centre
(or the mobile session at your branch): work at height, lifeline installation, rescue and DC electrical risk, on three real roofs.

Weeks 2–4 — On site with a mentor
A 1st-class installer who accompanies you on every job.

Week 4 — Practical assessment
And move to supervised autonomy.

Month 3 — Follow-up conversation
With your branch manager and People.
