Two ways to pay
Purchase. You invest, the system is yours from day one and you keep all the savings.
Solar as a Service (PPA). We invest and build. You pay only for the energy you use, at a fixed price per kWh below your current tariff, for 10 to 15 years. Maintenance included. At the end of the contract the system is yours.

Apartment buildings
Since 2019, neighbours in Spain can share a system on the building's roof, even if not everyone takes part. We handle the study, present the proposal at the residents' meeting, draft the energy-sharing agreement and deal with the grid operator. A household in a typical Barcelona building saves €180–260 a year.
