A logistics operator with a 26,000 m² warehouse and 4,000 m² of cold rooms. It did not want to tie up capital.
What we did. A 12-year Solar as a Service contract: Luxsolaris invested €1.05 M and the client pays for the energy it uses at a fixed price 31% below its 2024 tariff. 2,780 Aster 505 Bifacial modules on a sandwich-panel roof with a flush-mounted structure that does not pierce the waterproofing.
Results:
- Expected production: 2,070 MWh/year. 93% self-consumed.
- Client savings in year one: €118,000, with no investment.
- Installation: 7 weeks with two crews, without stopping warehouse operations for a single day.
