A 1972 seafront building with 48 flats and two shops. Three residents' meetings before approval.
What we did. 138 Aster 450 modules on the flat roof with a ballasted structure. Energy shared by coefficients among 37 flats and both shops. We explained the project at the meeting and drafted all sharing agreements.
Results:
- Average saving per participating flat: €214/year.
- Ground-floor shop (a bakery): €1,900/year.
- Investment per flat: €1,780. Average payback: 8 years.
