Maintenance and O&M · 49.9 MWp · since 2022

A ground-mounted plant owned by an infrastructure fund, built by another company in 2020. Availability had fallen to 96.8% and the owner changed maintenance provider.

What we did. A three-week entry audit: drone thermography of all 112,000 modules, I-V curves on 3,400 strings and a review of the 16 central inverters. We found 2,900 modules with hot spots and 4% of strings with connectors damaged by rodents. Corrective plan completed in four months.

Results:

  • Availability: from 96.8% to 99.5% in 2025.
  • Additional production: 2,950 MWh/year, around €165,000 more per year for the owner.
  • Three permanent on-site technicians from our Zaragoza branch.

For a future we all share
